Terms of Service

SocialGraphics (socialgraphics.dev) is operated by Byte Size Curiosity LLC, a New York limited liability company, mailing address 41 State Street, Suite 112, Albany, NY 12207 ("we", "us"). Byte Size Curiosity LLC also operates YouTubeTranscript.dev. If you don't agree to these terms, please don't use the service.

SocialGraphics uses AI to generate, edit, restyle and score images such as YouTube thumbnails from the text and images you provide. Results are produced by third-party AI models and can be imperfect; review every image before you publish it.

Your SocialGraphics login is shared with YouTubeTranscript.dev (one account, two products). You agree to give accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and you're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at support@youtubetranscript.dev if you suspect unauthorized access.

• SocialGraphics is usage-based. You buy prepaid credit packs; there is no subscription and no commitment.
• One credit is used per generation, edit, style clone, applied fix or score. The cost is shown before you start.
• You're only charged when a result is delivered — failed generations don't use credits.
• Credits don't expire while your account is open. They're non-transferable and can't be exchanged for cash.
• SocialGraphics credits are separate from YouTubeTranscript.dev credits and can only be used here.
• New accounts may receive free starter credits; we may change or end that offer at any time.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are listed on the pricing page and may change for future purchases.

If you're not happy with a pack, email support@youtubetranscript.dev within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund the unused portion. Used credits aren't refundable, except for duplicate charges, billing errors or outages that stopped you from using the service. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, and the refunded credits are removed.

• You keep the rights you have in the images and text you upload. You give us permission to process them to provide the service.
• Only upload images you have the right to use. If you upload a person's face, you must have their permission — including your own likeness.
• Subject to these terms and the AI providers' terms, you may use the images you create for any lawful purpose. Restyling someone else's thumbnail doesn't give you rights to their brand, logo or likeness.

You agree not to use SocialGraphics to create or upload content that:

• impersonates a real person or brand to mislead, or puts real people in sexual, defamatory or harmful situations;
• infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights;
• is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or designed to deceive (e.g. fake endorsements);
• attempts to break, overload, scrape or get around the service's limits or payments.

We may refuse requests, remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using SocialGraphics at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. When an account is closed, unused credits are forfeited unless refunded under section 5.
